Adam Morris holds a PhD in Spanish from Stanford University, where he primarily studied Latin American fiction. He has translated novels from Spanish and Portuguese, including works by Hilda Hilst, João Gilberto Noll, Beatriz Bracher, and Pola Oloixarac. He is the author of American Messiahs: False Prophets of a Damned Nation (Liveright, 2019).
Adrian Minckley is a Portuguese to English media and literary translator. Her work has appeared in or is forthcoming from Your Impossible Voice, Two Lines, Firmament, Words Without Borders, Calico, and Open Letter Books. She was awarded a 2021 PEN/Heim Translation Grant for her translation of The Whore, by Márcia Barbieri. She lives and works along the Rio Grande.
Vincenzo Barca is a professional translator. Since 1988 he has translated more than 50 between novels and essays for many Italian publishing houses, such as Sellerio Editore, Playground, Ibis Edizioni, Miraggi Edizioni, Giuntina, Feltrinelli, Gran vía, and many others. His working language combinations are Portuguese-Italian, Spanish-Italian, French-Italian. He collaborated to the creation of Redondo Books’ collection Los Raros.
Laura Garofalo is a professional translator. She has a Master’s degree in English Translation acquired at Università degli Studi Internazionali of Rome. She has collaborated with various private clients, publishing houses and literary agencies. With Redondo she has worked on several Italian to English translations, like the translation of the Italian graphic novel Nellie Bly (Tunué 2019; The Incredible Nellie Bly, Abrams ComicArts 2021).
Mariateresa Stella is an Italian artist and illustrator. She graduated in Applied Arts in Milan and then moved to Spain, where she dedicated her time to perfect her translation skills. Alongside to her artistic career, she worked as an interpreter for conventions and touristic events, and worked for international publishing houses. She currently lives in Valencia, Spain. Her working languages are: Italian to Spanish, Spanish to Italian, English to Italian. With Redondo she has collaborated on social media profiles and comics translation projects.
